The new “Star Trek” film is a great portrayal of where it all began, including all your favourite characters and tributes to the series. If anything, the only let down was the rather simplistic plot - but then, one could argue that that is also a tribute… Lou and I will be adding this to our DVD collection. I may even bump this up to a 10 on another watching.

I couldn’t agree more!
Incidently, Blood Bowl has now been released and can be downloaded off the web (be prepared to spend 3-12 hours downloading it depending on your internet speed) - I’ve only briefly had a go at the game, but I suspect I’ll prefer the classic ‘turn by turn’ mode to the new ‘real time’. After a brief dabble, I’m just not sure they pulled off the ‘real time’ feature convincingly.
I’ll be very happy to play an online game against you some time in the near future (we’ll just have to find a date/time convenient to both, and at a guess this may be quite difficult givemn our busy timetables…)
Hope you are all doing well and enjoying the trials and tribulations of a new family member (who looks adorable by the way!)
Cheers,
Vince

Noted. What is the $A cost? Its £39.99 over here (just over $A80) and I am thinking about holding out for the Xbox 360 version (or, gasp, perhaps an iPhone version?) I take it you have it already then - so if you convince me its worthwhile I might get the PC version sooner.
Busy timetables and seven hours (currently) time difference - yes I can see finding a convenient time being a lot of fun

It’s only $50 Aus online.
The classic gameplay mode looks like a fair and true representation of the board game (rerolls, apothecary, fouling, kick-off table etc.) - The real time mode seems to favour agile teams though - very easy to run guys around the sides, through the gaps and in for quick touchdowns.
Real time mode will definitely take some getting used too, but personally I think it is worth it just to be able to play classic bloodbowl :o)
When I get more of a chance to play around with it I’ll give you a more comprehensive review…
